Beauty

In 1996 I started to photograph myself with some friends on location at legendary landmarks like Coney Island, NY and Las Vegas, NV. By using wigs, masks and plastic body parts I wanted to explore aging, body issues and ideals of female beauty. Some of these photographs were exhibited at Jessica Fredericks Gallery, NYC in 1997 and will be exhibiited again in October 2006 in Beijing, China.
